  3. Your personal data will be processed in the required scope:

    • to distribute marketing information regarding Coders Lab by electronic mail,

    • to present marketing information regarding Coders Lab by telephone.

  4. The grounds for processing your personal data is the pursuit of Coders Lab legitimate interests.

  5. The following personal data will be processed: e-mail address and telephone number.

  6. Coders Lab is the sole receiver of the personal data which you disclose.

  7. Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to carry out the purpose of processing, but no longer than for five years since the end of this calendar year.

  8. The person who gives consent for processing their personal data has the right to:

    • demand from the data controller to provide them with access to that data,

    • amend, erase or limit the processing of their personal data,

    • transfer their personal data,

    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the Data Protection Office. At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data with the purpose of delivering direct marketing. After receiving such an objection Coders Lab shall cease to process your data for marketing purposes (www.giodo.gov.pl).

    • not to be subject to any decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would result in legal consequences or influence such person in a similar significant way.

  9. The personal data processed by Coders Lab will not be subject to any automated decision making, including profiling.

  10. You have the right to object to processing any of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. After receiving such objection, Coders Lab shall cease to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
